1. close and reopen the ambie app
2. check your internet connection
3. go to settings → tap "restore purchases"
4. verify the purchase went through in your app store account

3. check if sounds need to be downloaded (look for download icons)
4. close and restart the app
5. ensure you have stable internet for streaming (or download for offline)
6. update to the latest version of ambie

4. uninstall and reinstall the app (your saved mixes will sync if you're a pro user)
5. ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device

unfortunately, mixes stored only locally cannot be recovered if deleted or lost. we recommend enabling cloud sync (pro feature) to prevent data loss.

2. check battery optimization settings aren't restricting ambie
3. go to device settings → apps → ambie → battery → "unrestricted"
4. ensure "allow background activity" is enabled for ambie
5. restart the app and device

4. confirm deletion
